Mood: How are you feeling? Great, happy, good, Relaxed, Average, Stressed, Tired, Bad, Sad, Anxious, Angry or Awful

Smoking: Track cigarettes smoked by day, week, month and year.

Calories: Count the calories or choose from our in-app library of food to record your breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and snacks today or a date of your choosing.

Weight: Metric or Imperial? Easy to record your weight today or any specific date you may have forgotten

Alcohol: Record your consumption - beer, spirits, cider, alcohols, wine sparkling wine or fortified wine

Sleep: Set the timer before you go to bed or add time slept manually the next morning.

Water: Use the quick add feature using commonly used measurements or manually track your water consumption.

Set specific goals and track as much or as little of your health data as you want to.

Challenges: Join the in-app Hydration, Running, Cycling or Walking monthly challenges and encourage your friends to join you in meeting your personal health goals.

Sync with Apple Health: Option to sync your Activity, Weight, Water, and Sleep with Apple Health to make tracking easier when using wearables or other connected devices.
